FUNDING AND ADVERSE COST INDEMNITIES

In March 2019 Cavendish entered into funding agreement with a firm of Insolvency Practitioners and also provided an adverse cost indemnity. This enabled the firm to issue proceedings leading to negotiated settlement in September 2019.
