BANKRUPTCY PETITION OBTAINED AGAINST INSOLVENT ESTATE
On the 18 December 2017 Cavendish IP Solutions Ltd were successful in its application against an insolvent estate. After nearly 2 years of pursuing the debtor including a successful court case in March 2017, Cavendish are now in a position to appoint Trustees and recover the assets of the insolvent estate. This should result in the payment of the judgment debt in full together with all the costs.
